      Best guess it was AMAF, as well as Shmukh and Fidaa. Even better guess is that he's the guy I knew as "Jamal" who helped Faical Errai stand up AMAF in the first place.

        My thoughts went to AMAF because of Spain, but if he's as connected as they say then he was all over the place.

        Is it just me or does Spain, Belgium, and Germany have a disproportionate number of people who either founded or run forums?

          Europe is full of jihadis, and they enjoy the benefits of democracy and rule of law. Combine those two and it's a good place for forum admins to be located. In contrast, at least two al-Fidaa admins have been arrested in Pakistan, and that's on top of whatever harm various drone strikes may have done.
