I'll admit to a certain morbid amusement at finding the Balkan jihadi site putvjernika.com attempting to distance themselves from the attack on the US embassy in Sarajevo:

I mean clearly Brother Mevlid J. was confused. Just because putvjernika.com translated Anwar al-Awlaki's works:

And promoted Anwar al-Awlaki's videos:

Doesn't mean they actually meant for anyone to, you know, actually do something. It's all just talk. Blowing off steam. Cathartic even.

But clearly not as cathartic as blasting away at the US embassy and getting shot.
